It is a great time to BUY! Despite some contrary media reports, home values will continue to rise. There hasn't been a better time to BUY in YEARS!! Sellers are motivated. 

Working in Real Estate has given me the opportunity to share my love of the Cape with others. I show and list magnificent properties on the lower Cape, and am excited every day to be working doing what I love in the place I most want to live. I have been coming to Cape Cod since I was born. I loved summers on the Cape; I lived for them, really. All winter long I would think about long hot summer days I would spend at the beach, tanning and swimming, and seeing all my summer friends. I thought about the warm summer nights, when it was too hot to sleep sometimes. Often I would take walks on the beach with friends, especially on nights of the full moon. We would watch the moon rise over the ocean at Coast Guard beach in Eastham. The moon would be huge and yellow, and it would reflect so beautifully on the water. How peaceful the beach is at night, or early in the morning when the sun is just starting to warm the sand, and lightly sparkling on the ocean. Then August would come, the end of the summer, and the end of summer days on Cape Cod.

I have now lived here year-round for about 20 years, and Cape Cod still is a magical place filled with so much beauty.
